Unfortunately I'm unaware of any unlocked rotating ELS beacons, but if someone were to make one it would ideally resemble the Federal Fireball/similar teardrop lights.

If Bxbugs123 or anyone will post a link to his model and/or the light, I will be more than glad to put it on the Esperanto and map a couple textures on it.

Ask and you shall receive, I suppose!  That's a fantastic light - putting it on the Esperanto with minimal/no other lighting would make the perfect 80s detective/unmarked car.

I'm really looking forward to see it in the download section as well as (or even more) the Town Car with similar teardrop on the dashboard. Hopefully you'll decide to publish them someday.
