Are you one of them? PS: *speaking all of the above in a non-offensive tone* In all fairness, Police Departments all the time give officers 'new' crown vics all the time. Say for example, this officer is brand new to the K-9 unit and gets a 'new' car to him when its a old car to the previous K-9 officer.
