    I've never seen state troopers here use those plates. I live in central Florida.

    I live up here in Tallahassee, those are the OLD plates. Hence the OLD vehicle with the OLD Vector. The new black plates are for the 75th Anniversary.

    In Sarasota all the cruisers I've seen uses those "old" plates. Not sure though if the anniversary plates are the new standard ones ?
