5:53am, CHP Officers Pull over a Reckless van, when the officers walked up to the window they could smell alcohol and see a open can, they ask the Driver to step out, as he got out he fell hitting his head.....CHP Officers knew at that point he was intoxicated. The driver was Charger with D.U.I and Reckless driving.
