After seen Gump's WIP K9 CVPI, I decided to ditch the GTA V ELS cars and go with real life cars once again. I'm reworking on my skins pack from scratch and adding more vehicles in like this explorer texture for KevinDV Ford Explorer Utility. Skin textures based off my local PD
