LCPD Highway Patrol Division Inspector Ford Police Interceptor Utilities nearly done. Just some tweaking left. The LCHP is split into four "divisions," each with an Inspector that's in-charge of that division. The FPIU units in the LCHP are strictly for Division Inspector use; one for each of the four boroughs (Broker, Bohan, Dukes, Algonquin), unit numbers 0001-0004.
