Delaware River Port Authority Police CVPI Skin

My first stab at creating a real-life skin! XD This is a WIP Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) Police CVPI skin.

I came across this while looking for New Jersey ideas. They have simple CVPIs, just a clean looking design, Whelen Liberty, and Sentina push-bar. They have no front license plates, but I forgot to make them black lol.
