Delaware River Port Authority CVPI Skin

My first stab at creating a real-life skin! XD

This is a WIP Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) Police CVPI skin. I don't know if this has already been created or not... I searched LCPDFR and didn't seem to find it.

I came across this while looking for New Jersey ideas. They have simple CVPIs, just a clean looking design, Whelen Liberty, and Sentina push-bar. They have no front license plates, but I forgot to make them black lol.

DRPA is a partnership between New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
