AFAIK, the Edmonton Police Service doesn't use the black and white scheme on their Chargers. Your fonts are also incorrect. 

True, some still use the black & white though.

The majority of cars seen in the background on a news story, are using the black & white.

The textures will likely be changed in the pack release.

Each car will have the new scheme (red & blue stripe, I think), and they will also have the black & white for certain textures.

These textures were made for a Charger made by another modder before I learned zModeler, so I'm just using what I had present at the time of the screenshots.

As for the font, I hope that'll be corrected upon the clan pack release.
