Street racers end up in accident, 1 in hospital

At approximately 7:18 PM on June 22, the LSP received reports of two vehicles street racing down Plumbers Skyway. Units were dispatched to investigate, and discovered that two exotic sports cars, a Porsche 911 Turbo and an Aston Martin Rapide had crashed. The Porsche was flipped on its top. The driver of the Porsche suffered from a broken rib and fractured pelvis, and was escorted to a nearby medical center for evaluation and treatment. The driver of the Aston Martin suffered minor injuries and was treated on scene.
