On a city holiday, the LCPD and LCSD took advantage of an abandoned City Hall and used it for simulated Active Shooter training.

See if you can spot the hidden 1.0c feature. Here's a hint: There was only one vehicle slot used.

    Hidden feature... I recall a conversation between Yard1 and (I think) LMS about adding more than 4 skins to a vehicle, so I suppose that could be it, judging by the amount of cars.
