HIGHWAY PATROL - WIP #1

You might want to remove the "K-9 UNIT KEEPOUT" sign on the boot since Highway Patrol officers aren't part of the Dog Squad team. the Dog Squad and Highway Aptrol are two different divisions so it'll be unrealistic to have it on there.

Thanks :) Keep in mind this is an WIP(Probably 60% done) I still need to fix the lines across the "Highway Patrol" and the text on the top lightbar. Thanks for your help! I'll remove that now :)
