Sorry guys for the misunderstanding, but myself and the owner of the Caprice had a talk and this Caprice will be released later this week along with a Detroit Police and Homeland Security one!

    If it's the one that has been modified/converted by LCCop, Hilth0 and GTAXB0SS then that is correct.
