Well he can't exactly initiate a traffic stop on the right side seeing as there is a concrete barrier there..

I would of waited until he exited the highway, or just rammed him onto the median since LC's drivers have a tendency to rear-end you.

I agree, the only problem is with almost all of the exits on the highways in IV is they have the barrier on both sides which means you have to wait until they get into the residential areas. I do like the second option though :p 

I knew it was a Carry picture only because that exact Escalade is in his car pack. :D
