Normal livery, as well as a minimum conspicuous livery, intended for slicktops, the 3M reflective tape is utilized to provide a covert livery during day-time, yet becomes fully reflective at night-time.

FYI: Some police departments in Michigan have 50/50 or semi-marked slick-top units. So, depending on what side you are on... one side maybe fully marked and the other side unmarked.
