Nice, despite being the older design (there's a newer scheme) LAWA PD like to sport both schemes on both old and newer model vehicles alike. (Although I'm absolutely sure you're aware of that). I think they changed the scheme because many travelers(foreigners) thought the older design made it look as if they were security of some sort...so they decided to put in big bold black font "POLICE".

But yes you should create a pack with the old and the new designs.
