I can't get them pointing in the direction I want. I ended up just punching/pushing them until they went in the general direction I wanted. I believe there is a tutorial for pictures like this somewhere on the gallery. Kinda, but Sentinel was the one helping me figure this stuff out, so he was just asking if I had any troubles. :)

Move the peds to the place where you want them to stay, get to the direction you want them to aim at and select the task "Look at player" in the task menu.
