Ambient Fire Inspector

Testing out a modification I found. When a vehicle explodes, a fire truck responds. Four firefighters get out and inspect the scene, one has a clipboard and inspects the vehicle while the others sweep away the debris. Awesome mod. They then return to the nearest Fire Station unless another fire starts nearby.
