LCPD Highway Patrol stopping a Huntley for speeding on the Broker-Dukes Expressway early on a cloudy morning. In typical practice, blocking an entire lane for a traffic stop. (Can't count the number of times I've actually seen that and been caught in traffic because of it IRL)
