Looks like someone deleted a handling line.

Yeah, you must of messed up the line somewhere. I accidently did the same thing to a Tahoe months and months back. Just check the handling line and make sure they aren't any unnecessary spaces or whatever. 

hmm I replaced the whole handling file with the original one still does that...goes in the ground then starts rising to the air

Make sure it's at the start of the line & not right after one... Might happen when you copy/paste it.

It could also be a problem with the collision of the car, more specifically the wheels

I tried replacing the car with the original gta feroci2 car...still does that I had no luck in trying to find the cause yet and its getting frustrating...nothing like hitting the car while on a chase and then floating to the air

Game cannot read the handling line. So either you edited wrong the vehicle.ide or handling.dat is missing the line.

it was indeed the vehicle ide I had feroci2 instead of feroci under handling id
