I don't really understand why do people make the vehicle's light fail GTA lights. Those lights up there should light up when the car's headlight and tail light is on.

It's still a WIP. There said, that doesn't mean this is true. He might fix it later on in life, or he may not. Just remember it's not released yet.

Correction, it is actually released. But that's not to say he will edit the lighting later. According to Compeast the lights are accurate though. 

Just wondering, why don't you just release the template in the normal version (not just in developers one)? There are people willing to make textures that won't be able to do them just because of it...

Also, please, can you make the civil version support custom license plates? (the ones in the template).

@Sgt.Kanyo: I'm not gonna add a ton of lights to one dummie. There for, like default cars, I added it to the bodyshell.

strike, civil will only include the vehicle generic plates. But download the DEV purpose Stepvan if you like, that one has to the template mapped license plates and includes the template. =)

Released or not, there is nothing wrong with it. For some vehicles, when you turn on a vehicle, the orange light go on, day or night, rain or shine.
