GTAIV 2013 ELS TEST 1

hay guys this is the first test of ELS in my new ENB. if you like pleas coment on it, if you want the lighs dimmer comment,

i am also looking for 3 beta testers for a single project, the first 3 people with +20 rep gets to do it. i will PM you the detales,

( i kinda fucked up a bit in these screens with the tweaks sorry for that)
