In the Dark Knight movies the cruisers are really shitty. Barely any lights. Very bare. My first assumption was that it's extremely small details to have good cruisers and they didn't want to spend a lot of money on something like that. But I sometimes felt it was put it purposely to represent the city how it's bare and very corrupt cheap ways. 

You could do the ones from Batman Begins with the same car but the different light bar, they had the CVPI model with the V shaped light bar with the red white and blue rotators, the headlight flashers and taillight flashers, just a thought, I have not seen one done anywhere on here, could be very uunique.
