Harper is currently working on a model resembling the POLICE CHARGER found in Need For Speed World.

Will be released in 3 versions:

- ELS

- NON-ELS

- UNDERCOVER

Notes: This model is currently WIP and has known and [visable] bugs. Feedback is greatly appreciated.
