Taken for a joyride

This image has been widely circulated on Liberty City's social media, it depicts what appears a Eastern European male in one of the severely delayed batch of new patrol cars the LCPD ordered early last year. The image prompted outrage from concerned citizens regarding the deal for the new fleet which many has described as "a bit odd" and "this doesn't seem right"

We reached out to both Police Cheif Peter Borough and his brother Mark Borough, the head of S.H. Ite's Commercial Fleet Leasing, both refused to comment.
