After getting the Suspicious person call Officer Graham made his way to the scene. Upon arrival he asked the suspect for some ID, He failed to comply and ran... After a short foot pursuit Officer Graham tackeld the suspect, frisked him and placed him under arrest for tresspassing and evading police.
