Mesa County Sheriff inspired BCSO 2018 Charger

Finally back creating new vehicle textures on my off time. This is the first new product of this latest comeback. Introducing the 2018 Dodge Charger for BCSO inspired by the Mesa County Sheriff's Office.

PS. Mesa County does not use Dodge Chargers in their fleet, so these are purely just to help diversify the car selection for BCSO deputies in a FiveM server I am helping dev for.
