Information recieved stated a taxi was robbing customers as he dropped them off. A Precinct 4 Deputy spotted the taxi numbers and advised dispatch to have a unit back him up before initiating a felony traffic stop. C4-22 and C4-23 are waiting for the light to change to initiate the stop.
