    It's actually just a simple data file edit to make the water go higher.

    Story: It's been raining like a mad man on the eastern sea-board to the point where the water surrounding this community overflowed into people's backyards and into the streets. Not sure why there is a police vehicle in front of that house, but he must have been prepared because he was wearing knee-high boots.
