The SPVM PDQ 1 stopped a 22 Years old driver from Saint-Jérôme in Kirkland for failure to come at a complete stop at a stop sign. The driver was arrested for Driving under the Influence. Surprising fact he was double the limit, he was brought to the Saint-Laurent Centre Opérationnel to be dealt with.
