Killer Clown Spotted with a Machine Gun in the City Centre!

Officers upon arrival spotted a Clown with a Machine Gun in his hands. They immediately started giving him verbal commands and requested backup. The clown wasnt compling with officers commands. 
The clown started running towards an officer, in which time they shot him. He died on scene. 

Upon investigation from the L.S.P.D. Detectives Bureau, the officers were completly justified and will face no charges.
