For the long answer, I planned on it originally but there was a lack of bases available to do a fire pack. Now that I model I doubt I will finish the texture pack. I would like to make a model with this but I need to learn how to do rotatory lights first but who knows when that is. Short answer, yes but actually no.

Short answer, yes but actually no. I'm sure you know this already, and maybe you have, but ask Jedahdiah about how to do rotors. He's pretty good at them.
