We received yet another complaint from this neighborhood about a homeless man sleeping near this place. He regularly screams profanities at residents of the apartment buildings nearby, and just recently has he obtained a large amount of booze. His curses have not let up all night it seems, and when I arrived, it seems like he was just beginning to count sheep as his profane whispers died off.
