2011 CVPI Detective/Unmarked

WIP 2011 CVPI. I wanted something with a little more flexibility and a more minimalist lighting setup than the models currently available. This model can spawn as either a detective unit (stripped down console with radio and minimal lighting equipment) or as an unmarked/slicktop patrol unit with better lighting and lots of great extras including Stalker radar unit, partition, campaign hat, and dashcam. I plan to add more equipment prior to a release. It currently uses an all-Whelen lighting setup.
