LAPD Mutual Aid - Repo gone wrong

LAPD was brought into Liberty City to provide Mutual Aid for the Liberty City Police Department. With this aid, new equipment was imported from L.A. to Liberty City. Fresh with their vehicles, LAPD received a 911 call from a neighbor of Mr. Shortnell reporting that he and his brother was holding a reposessor hostage and had stabbed the individual in the stomach.

Upon arriving, the LAPD blocked the only exit and aimed their sidearms at the individuals. They eventually had to open fire on the suspects, both of them were killed instantly and the hostage survived with only a stab wound to the abdomen.
