I've been trying to download the radar script from GPM but it wont download. the one with the radar on the top of the screen which has the speed for the vehicles behind and in front of you -- heres the link -- http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1392

it wont let me download it

Hmm yeah the download link seems to be broken. You could use IVDashCam which includes a radar.

Well if its the same one as this (http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1392) then the file goes into your scripts folder and you press I to start it.

I cant wait for sniper's radar script, just like this but a bit more realistic. I still uses this speed radar mod tho :)
