crashing on startup

Featured Replies

when i launch with RPH, it crashes right when the game starts and ive tried basically all the troubleshooting methods ive seen.  Ive tried changing the RPH delay thingy to 60000, and changing Main.PreloadAllModels to false, even reinstalling a vanilla version of GTA, but still doesnt work.  I have the crash report.
