Installing cop cars non els! Sirensettings??

I have the car addon pack installed and have successfully added multiple cop cars. My problem is the lights and sirens NEVER work.  I have followed many tutorials and know how to change the AUDIOHASHNAME so the sirens come on. But the lights never work for me though.   I understand we have to change the sirensettings number within the carvariations file to 1 or 2 to get the lights working properly. I do that and it never works for me.  Either the back lights will come on or the front but never both.  Im assuming all the files given within a download should make the car work but 3 downloads already and still cant find one that works. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

And Admins I totally understand yall have a step by step tutorial for this pinned in the forum, but it unfortunately is not helping my case
