GTA 5 not rendering things in time

Is there any fix for this? Any setting that can help this? I'm running a GTX 750 TI, VisualV graphics mod, I'm able to run the game at normal to high settings no problem, however this has always been a problem.

As you can see, cars are spawning in from thin air and I need to drive up super close for the roads to render in.

Did you check your distance scaling settings ?

Yes I tried maxing out both distance scaling settings and it did nothing.

go to lspdfr.ini and set preloadallmodels to false. Also, is your texture quality high ? if you're running on low settings, that tends to happen.
