Now I tried several times to reinstall it. Wether I install it with the lspdfr installer or directly from the website, it does not make a difference.  I looked in to the task manager and it closes itself after 2-5 seconds. Any Ideas how to fix that?

Happy Holidays to you too! The Problem is that it does not even come to the point where it creates a log. There is just a little loading circle over the cursor and then nothing more happens. So the Menu from RPH does not even show up. Also in the Task Manager it does show up but when it reaches around 8% CPU usage it just stops. I also hav a exclusion for the GTA folder in the Windows Defender. At this Point i dont even have any mods or scripts installed.
