Lcpdfr scripts crashed and needs to be restarted, hit the ~ key and type reloadscripts

also keep an eye out in the top left for the white text when it tells you a script crashed, you see that, stop what you're doing and do the reload scripts

you should have seen

Error during Tick in script 'FirstResponse.LCPD.Chase' in the upper left when it crashed

When I've downloaded the mod, there was an older version of scripthook in it. It wasn't version 051, but 050. And I had the same issue with the crash during a chase. It happend almost every time. U used a different version of xlive as given in the download. After using xlive given in the LCPDFR folder, it worked.
