The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Can someone tell me where I can find patch 1737 and a launcher bypass so I can play this frigging game that Rockstar keeps ruining every freaking 2 months

    If you have the newest version of GTA 5, both LSPDFR and RPH have been updated so you can already start playing LSPDFR. The only thing currently out of date still is ScriptHookV.
