Strange question because I can't seem to figure this one out..

 

Updated RPH and LSPDFR, however when I boot up it stays on the RPH loading screen. The game is not freezing and/or crashing. It simply just hangs on the loading screen. When I click F4 I am able to bring up the console which appears all OK. The last input provided in the console was...

The text proceeds to gently bounce and hover as it usually does when booting up.

Im having the same problem currently I downloaded the new version of lspdfr and rage plugin hook and proceeded to remove scripthook so I could just play in general but now I just get the continuous loading screen, not sure why it would do this considering you don't need scripthook for some things

I figured out the problem. You need to simply do the following...

 

Go into OpenIV -> Mods folder -> Edit mode -> Check the green banner

Gotcha I appreciate it, it would make sense to update the rpf since its outdated and it wont work, I guess all that's left to do is wait for script hook to be updated. 😁
