Hey guys

 

My girlfriend accidentally update GTA today 🙄 and ive tried to revert back using rage but now the game wont launch via steam/rage etc

 

If i try to verify the game files it obviously just puts the update back in..

 

Any help would be awesome

Don't worry - I have the backup however even If I revert to it the game re-updates and the backup doesn't work so either way you'd have to wait.

This must be the same problem I'm having. Updated my Ragehook today because it says it was unsupported and now I can't launch the game. I'll keep an eye on this thread to see if a solution is found.

 

I can launch GTA5 if I use a backup copy of the clean main folder, but obviously, that's not what I want.

Hi guys

 

Yes Steam updated GTA today and now my Rage Plugin Hook is saying the current game is not supported. 

 

Installed game version: 1868
Latest game version: 1737
Supported game versions: 1737

 

Is this available yet? I've looked on the Rage website under downloads, but the latest one on there is from September. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

scripthookv is not updated yet and this does not allow you to load the mods

Unfortunately we're all stuck - We basically need to wait for Scripthook V, LSPDFR and RPH to be updated before we can continue playing.
Heres hoping that doesn't take any longer than a week if we're lucky!

Has anyone tried disconnecting their internet while launching the game with the 1737 files? I am at work, so I cant test this currently. The game should launch offline though right?

I tried and it's not working.

I reverted back using GTA Patch 1604.1 + RPH 0.66 + LSPDFR 0.4.2 and it works fine.

But I'm sure it will also work with the previous patch 1737.6 + RPH 1.69 + LSPDFR 0.4.4

 

You just need to have the right pair/match for all those files.

I don't use RPH backup/revert feature. I reverted back these 3 files manually:

• GTA5.EXE
• GTAVLauncher.EXCE
• update\update.rpf

Can someone just post the 1737 patch files to use for offline mode? 

 

I am trying to use 0.4.4, just accidentally deleted my old files for 1737.

Hello, I also reverted back; I just don't have the LSPDFR version 0.4.2 anymore. And it seems as if this version is the only one that works. @Pazzi, could you help me in redownloading this?
