The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Title says it, R* is launching the new update later today and I was wondering if there is any mods or methods to block the updates from downloading but still allowing me to play GTA & LSPDFR at least until Scripthook V is updated again.

    this mod will block the update to let you still play gta 5 with mods but it won't let you play lspdfr until the updats are done
