Hi,

 

It's possible that you are looking for help on how to use ELS. It may be that the translation has just changed the meaning of some words. 

 

CTRL + P will enable your information display panel.

 

J will change your lighting stage

 

I would advise that you read the documentation that comes with ELS to help you better understand the controls as there is a fair amount.

I won't find this topic there, I need to speed up the flashing.

I'm sorry. I dont quite understand what you mean by 'Speed Up' the flashing.

There isn't a way to speed up the lights. The light pattern is set by default by the vehicle creator and they decided the speed of the lights.+

You can find the setting in els.ini in the main directory of GTA V

Look for this line

 

LightFlashDelayMainLts = 10

 

Mine is 10 but the lower the number the quicker the flashing
