The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I deleted GTA and redownloaded. I tried what @BadBrad134 suggested. If I give GTA5.exe admin perms I get this game error message that I attached, but when I don't give it admin perms GTA will run just fine. And that is by running RPH as admin. I also don't have a crash log as i just reinstalled.

If you using Steam. Exit steam and run gta5.exe after its loaded start up your RageHookPlugin

Also check the box "Run as administator" for Gta5.exe, steam.exe and also Launcherpatcher.exe and Launcher.exe inside your rockstar launch file.

I was having the same problems, what i did to fix it was just rename the folder that i had RPH installed to "Grand Theft Auto V" and changed the original GTA5 folder to "Grand Theft Auto Vanilla"
