Whenever I am trying to load in, I get stuck on the black screen. Then I hit F4 and I type this command in (as seen on another thread here) "Execute "Game.FadeScreenIn(0, true);" and it puts me into a game. But when I hit F4 and load then tab for the plugin to load I get this error 

 

"Invalid call to console command "LoadPlugin":Parameter"pluginFileName" of console command"LoadPlugin" is not optional, but no argument was specified.

 

Edit: I have already increased the "Increase Plugin timeout" to 30000

Try setting it to 60000

You get as far as being able to use the console - I crash on the loading splash screens - the last thing to appear on it is loading and populating game world and then it crashes.
I have just done a fresh mods folder as of a few hours ago so I really don't know what's going on.

 

Nevermind I didn't reinstall the gameconfig.

Set your mods folder name to _mods this disables the mods folder for now
