Can you please send me a screenshot of your GTA 5 Main Directory?

Can I get the whole window with the file location bar at the top?

Okay, just wanted to make sure the GTA 5 Main Directory was named correctly. Did you try launching GTA 5 normally first and then starting RPH with Admin Privileges?

Do you have any other anti-virus? Windows Defender?

Yes, I have windows defender but it is disabled when I disable avast..

Hmm. I want you to re-download RPH and then extract it. When you open the extracted files, right click on one of the files and select properties and let me know if there is a box named "Unblock" next to it.

Hm ... I right-clicked on a file and told me to remove access .. (I have the language in Italian)

It should be at the very bottom and will say "Unblock" if you change it to English.

Hmmm okay. So it isnt being blocked. One last thing you can try is restart your PC.

I  tried about 3 times to restart the computer, both today and yesterday.

Hmm. That is strange. I am actually at a loss here. I have tried everything possible to overwrite that error cause it definitely has to do with an anti-virus.
