Everytime I enter a police station and enter the police locker all the EUP police uniforms are completely messed up with random clothing and some don't even have textures. Can anyone help me?

    Did that and now there is an infinite black loading screen after the first rage plugin hook loading screen, tried to fix it multiple times and it didn't get rid of it

    rename you mods folder to     this _mods          this disables the mod folder momentary and you mods in the folder. launch gta 5 like you would with rage and try again

    i believe you have a update.rpf issue
